Tool and Die
We are a full service tool and die shop offering design, build, or repair and maintenance of plastic injection molds, rubber molds, stamping dies, along with fixturing, end of arm tooling and much more
Due to the sensitive nature of the tooling projects we do the images represented here are only a small sample of the work we have completed, we are very discrete with your information and usually work under a non disclose agreement
Contract Machining / Prototypes
We are a full service machine shop with CNC mill, CNC lathe, flat and cylindrical grinding, heat treating, case hardening, nitriding coating and plating, tig welding. We implement production controls such as in process and final inspection
Prototyping / process development / programming / proving manufacturing / private label.
At Sharp Tool and Die Inc. We can work with you to develop your product from design to build. We would be glad to manufacture your product for you or you might want to manufacture the product yourself but need help to develop the process. Let our experience work for you.
Indexable Tooling
We offer custom build or repair of indexable tooling. you may need a special tool that is a non stock item or it doesn't exist for a specific feature on your product or just need to recondition existing tooling
